Bertil Roos (born 12 October 1943 and died 31 March 2016) was a Swedish racing driver who participated in the 1974 Swedish Grand Prix in a Shadow. That was his only Formula One entry.

He began his racing career in 1968 driving in a Formula V championship in Sweden. Four years later, he left Sweden and moved to the United States, becoming an instructor at Fred Opert's racing school. During this time, Roos participated in a variety of championships, including Formula 2 in Europe and Formula Atlantic in Canada. Roos' first major success was winning the 1973 US Formula Super Vee championship.

On the back of that success, he was hired by the new American Formula One team Shadow. The team was seeking a permanent replacement for Peter Revson, who had been killed in a testing accident at the start of the season. Following the retirement of the team's temporary replacement Brian Redman, Roos was given the opportunity to race in the 1974 Swedish Grand Prix.

In qualifying, he was more than 2.5 seconds off the pace of Jean-Pierre Jarier in the other Shadow. After just two laps in the race, his car suffered a gearbox failure and he retired from the race. Roos was dropped from the team in favour of rookie Tom Pryce, who became the team's permanent replacement.

After Formula One, he returned to racing in America, participating throughout the 1980s in the Can-Am sports car series, in which he was a two-time champion. He later acquired the racing school for which he had been an instructor.
