Antonio Ascari (September 15, 1888 - July 26, 1925) was an Italian racing driver, the father of 1952 and 1953 World Champion Alberto Ascari. He was one of the motor racing champions of pre-war times.

He crashed while leading the 1925 French Grand Prix in an Alfa Romeo P2 in the first race at the new Autodrome de Montlhéry, south of Paris. He then succumbed to his injuries while on his way to a hospital in Paris.
