Al Herman (born 15 March 1926 and died 18 June 1960) was an American racecar driver who participated in the Indianapolis 500 from 1953 to 1960, when it was part of the Formula One championship. His best finish was 7th place at the 1955 Indianapolis 500.

He was killed in a first lap accident while racing in a dirt midget car race at the West Haven Speedway.
