Anthony Joseph "A. J." Foyt Jr. (born January 16, 1935 in Houston, Texas) is a retired driver with an extensive career in United States motor racing. He is a winner of the Indianapolis 500 (four times), the Daytona 500, the 24 Hours of Daytona and the 24 Hours of Le Mans. He entered six Formula One races, though the first three were Indy 500 races and he did not arrive at the next two. His final appearance was in the non-championship 1971 Questor Grand Prix.
