The 2011 Australian Grand Prix (officially 2011 Formula 1 Qantas Australian Grand Prix) was race number 1 of the 2011 Formula One Season. It took place at the Albert Park Circuit on March 27 2011. The race was won by Red Bull-Renault driver Sebastian Vettel with Lewis Hamilton for McLaren-Mercedes in second and Vitaly Petrov of Renault F1 in third.
