The 2006 Brazilian Grand Prix (officially XXXV Grande Premio do Brasil) was race number 18 of the 2006 Formula One season. It took place at the Autódromo José Carlos Pace on 22 October 2006. The race was won by Ferrari driver Felipe Massa with Fernando Alonso for Renault in second and Jenson Button of Honda in third.
