The 2006 and 2007 Belgian Grand Prix was an event of the 2006 Formula One Season and 2007 that was originally scheduled to be held on September 17th. The reason the race has been canceled is the large-scale renovation of the Spa track, where e.g. modifying the runway and building new seating.
