The 2005 Spanish Grand Prix (officially Gran Premio Marlboro de Espana) was race number 5 of the 2005 Formula One Season. It took place at the Circuit de Catalunya on May 8 2005. The race was won by McLaren-Mercedes driver Kimi Räikkönen with Fernando Alonso for Renault F1 in second and Jarno Trulli of Toyota in third.
