The 1954 Spanish Grand Prix was run on October 24, and was the ninth and final race of the season. Held at the Pedralbes Circuit in Barcelona, it was won by Mike Hawthorn in a Ferrari, ahead of Luigi Musso in a Maserati and Juan Manuel Fangio in a Mercedes.

Background[]

This would be the fourth running of the Grand Prix at Pedralbes. Financial issues had caused the cancellation of the race in 1952 and 1953, and this race was is doubt until not long before the event.
